Define SLIs and SLOs across critical services
Own the Prometheus + Grafana stack, including alert quality
Lead incident-management drills and postmortem culture
Coach engineering teams on production ownership
Ship internal tooling for runbooks and on-call ergonomics
5+ years in SRE / production engineering
GCP fluency (GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub)
Deep Prometheus experience — recording rules, alert design
Incident-management leadership in past roles
Postmortem writing skills
Healthcare / HIPAA background
Cloud Native landscape contributor
Chaos-engineering experience
